This easy-to-use website will let you view financial documents for someone who receives care funded by Havering, at home, in the community or in a residential home.

Registration has 3 steps:

Get login details
Click the button above to create a login name and password. You will be directed to an external site to do this.

Request access
Use your login details to sign in as directed. You will then be asked to provide your contact details and, if requesting access to another person's documents, that person's details. Your request for access will be sent to Havering for review.

Sign in
Havering will notify you by email when your request for access is approved. You can then return to this page and sign in using your login details to view the documents.
The Client Finance Portal requires identifying information about you and, if requesting access to another person's documents, about that person. Your information will be treated according to the high standards required by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations).
